Carolyn King, MD
Dr. King specializes in the treatment of Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, and Developmental Delays across the Life Span. Her insights on behavioral health topics can also be heard via podcasts and blogs at http://pinerest.wordpress.com. Carolyn King, MD is a Child Psychiatrist. She is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Michigan State University, School of Human Medicine. She practices outpatient and inpatient psychiatry at Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services, both in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Dr. King trained in Psychiatry at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She continued her training with a two year fellowship in Child Psychiatry. She is a graduate of Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and the Wayne State School of Medicine.
Don J. Tynes, MD
Dr. Tynes is one of the co-founders of Reach Out to Youth: For the Future Doctors of Tomorrow and clinical assistant professor for Wayne State University School of Medicine. He is a historian, educator, lecturer and author of For the Black Men and Women of Tomorrow, a Darrell Ross publishing. He has been published in medical journals, newspapers, and African center publications. Dr. Tynes specializes in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, with special interest in: diabetes, hypertension, asthma, sexual dysfunction, and peripheral arterial disease.
